COMMERCIAL SPONSORS

 A limited number of commercial sponsor booths are available at each event.  The prices range from $1200 to $2500 per 10’ x 10’ space.  Typically, sponsor booths may not sell goods onsite, but rather should be informational, sampling, or lead generating in nature, although we review each case individually.  If you are interested in having one of our limited sponsor booth spaces available, please email us at EPinformation@aol.com and include your contact information, as well as which shows you might be interested in specifically and we contact you with pricing and send contracts, if appropriate.

  Please note that sponsors requiring larger spaces are quoted on an individual basis and are subject to a different  pricing structure.  If you need pricing for larger than 10’ x 10’ indicate that in your email inquiry with size requirements and a photo if possible.
