We have no relationship with them however, they are very responsive and were willing to offer these handy links which make it much easier for you, as some folks have trouble getting the information correct and everything is input automatically by them as I understand it.

INSURANCE:
ARTS & CRAFTS vendors are responsible for providing their own general liability insurance for the event and are responsible for their booth and goods at all times, regardless of whether security is present or not. FOOD & GAMES VENDORS: You must carry commercial general liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 or greater and name Eckerstrom Productions and the appropriate organizations for your event listed below as additional insured’s. Please be sure and submit copies of these additional insured certificates to our office UPON ACCEPTANCE, and no later than 30 days before the event or you may be dropped from the show with no refund. Include event name and date in the description box. Each of the entities listed below should have a separate certificate and be named certificate holder so 3 certificates per event should be provided including endorsement pages.
